Information and important policies for using Athave AI.
Information collected
We collect your mobile number, the name you provide, account and login activity, payment/order references, credit usage, and the photographs you upload or generate when using the service. We do not need or store your full payment-card credentials.
Why we use your data
Your information is used to verify OTP login, maintain your account and image balance, process image generation, show generation and transaction history, protect against abuse, resolve support requests and comply with lawful obligations.
Service providers
Athave AI uses MSG91 for phone verification, Supabase for database and private file storage, Razorpay for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and API delivery, and Google Gemini for AI processing. Uploaded reference photos may be sent to the configured AI provider to perform the requested operation.
Security and access
Generated images are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and are served through authenticated backend endpoints. We apply signed login cookies, backend-only secrets, and access controls; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Storage and retention
Account, payment and generation records may be retained as required for service delivery, support, fraud prevention and law. For account or stored-content removal requests, use the support route on the Contact page; legal and transaction records may need to be retained where required.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time. You can request help with inaccuracies, account information, or the removal of eligible stored data using the support channel. Do not share authentication codes with anyone.
